TERMS OF SERVICE – BEAUTY’S RUGS & CREATIONS 💕

By placing an order with Beauty’s Rugs & Creations, you agree to the following terms:

CUSTOM & HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All rugs are handmade. Because each rug is individually created, slight variations, names, spelling, and other design information. A design must be approved before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for custom rug orders placed through the website. The deposit is applied toward the final price of the rug and is not the full purchase price. Final pricing depends on the selected size, design complexity, colors, and level of detail.

After the design is reviewed, the customer will be informed of the final total. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed rug is shipped or picked up.

TURNAROUND TIME
Estimated turnaround time is generally 2–4 weeks. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date. Complex designs, order volume, supply availability, or other circumstances may affect completion time.

SHIPPING & PICKUP
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Additional shipping charges may apply to the remaining balance when applicable. Pickup arrangements must be made directly with Beauty’s Rugs & Creations.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Once the customer approves the design and production begins, Beauty’s Rugs & Creations is not responsible for details that were approved by the customer, including spelling, colors, sizing requests, or design placement.

COLORS & REFERENCE IMAGES
Colors may appear differently on screens and devices, and exact yarn color matches cannot always be guaranteed. Every reasonable effort will be made to create the rug as close as possible to the approved design.

RUG CARE
Customers are responsible for following the recommended rug-care instructions. Beauty’s Rugs & Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, washing, excessive moisture, misuse, pets, stains, or failure to follow care instructions.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
Customers should provide accurate contact information and respond to messages regarding their order. Delays in receiving necessary information or approval from the customer may delay production.

AGREEMENT
By submitting an order and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service as well as the applicable refund, shipping, and other store policies.
