SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY 💕

Beauty’s Rugs & Creations offers shipping and local pickup for completed rug orders.

📦 PROCESSING / PRODUCTION TIME
All rugs are handmade. Custom rug orders generally take approximately 2–4 weeks to complete. This is an estimated turnaround time and may vary depending on the size and complexity of the rug, order volume, or supply availability.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

💰 REMAINING BALANCE
For custom orders placed with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the rug is shipped or released for pickup.

Once your rug is completed, you will be contacted regarding your remaining balance and shipping or pickup arrangements.

📬 SHIPPING
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Any applicable shipping charges will be provided before the completed rug is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your name, shipping address, email, and phone number are correct before your order is shipped.

Beauty’s Rugs & Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

📍 LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available by arrangement. You will be contacted when your rug is ready and provided with pickup instructions.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

📦 LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Beauty’s Rugs & Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Beauty’s Rugs & Creations as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed.
